Shipping Information

Please contact us if you like to have specific shipping arrangements applied to your purchase, we are more than happy to accommodate your requests. 

As standard, please see below shipping:

We calculate shipping with all our Items as follows:

All purchases are sent by Australia post Pack & Track (with signature). 

• Rough stones shipping fees are based on weight in g/kg of the stones.
• 15.00 AUD Domestic shipping fee within Australia for finished stones/jewelry valued less than 200 AUD.
• Free domestic shipping for finished stones and jewelry with a value greater than 200 AUD.
• International shipping fee: 35.00 AUD.

Items valued over 1,000.00 AUD are sent with Australia Post, insured and with signature:

• International customers: International Express Post with tracking and signature.
• Australian domestic customers: Australia Post Express Post with tracking and signature.

We may choose to use Fedex for international shipments with Values exceeding AUD 3,000.00 AUD.

Please note that while we do our best to pack and ship within 1- 3 business days after total payment is received and cleared. In rare scenarios, considering we are an active mining business, shipping might face a slight delay. However, we will contact you to keep you updated at all times.

Shipping from Winton, QLD to other destinations in Australia generally takes 4 to 14 business days.

International destinations from 14 to 21 business days.

Please keep in mind the occasional possibility that customs/border protection can hold goods for undisclosed periods of time for inspections and processing. Please understand that these circumstances are outside of our control.
